ABOUT THE EMPLOYER:
TouchTunes¡¦ digital network of on-location entertainment systems in bars, restaurants, retailers, and other establishments throughout North America is by far the market share leader. Our interactive digital jukebox network has plays more than 1.7 million songs per day across 40,000 locations; our groundbreaking PlayPorTT games and music system is rolling out in leading restaurant chains, and our Barfly TV network is soon to reach 1000 locations and growing; all of these reaching a highly desirable demographic segment that accesses the network every day. We introduced the world¡¦s first commercial downloading jukebox in 1998, is a privately held company with principal offices in Montreal, Arlington Heights, Ill. and New York City.
Main responsibilities:
„« Support all users with all aspects of hardware, software and applications used in the office;
„« Ensure to provide general technical support in a courteous and friendly manner to 130 employees and managers;
„« Support the Cisco VoIP phone system.
„« Help administer the Windows servers;
„« Help maintain the Active Directory and all major Windows services;
„« Participate in daily backup administration and maintenance;
„« Insure up-to-date information on the anti-virus server and user stations;
„« Manage and maintain our Office IT environment in such a way it remains virus free;
„« Assist in general office operations, coordinating office activities (relocating offices, printers, other equipment), maintenance of the telephone system, purchasing equipment etc.;
„« Maintain adequate documentation on all aspects of the IT environment relating to Helpdesk activities;
Required skills:
„« Diploma in relevant field;
„« 2 years of practical experience in a similar role.
„« Experience at managing Cisco VOIP Phone systems
„« Experience in resolving PC and networking issues including configuration of network settings/rights etc. as necessary;
„« Excellent knowledge in Windows; MS-Office; MS-Exchange/Outlook;
„« Good application support experience with Microsoft products;

„« Strong team player;
„« Able to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment;
„« Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively prioritize.
